Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use that number to track your package below.
How to Track
- Check your email for a shipping confirmation from C Beauty (check your spam/junk folder too).
- Find your tracking number in that email.
- Visit 17Track.net or your carrier’s site and enter your tracking number.
Shipping Timeframes
- US delivery: most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Some made-to-order bundles can take up to 2 weeks.
- International: typically about 2–4 weeks, varies by destination.
My tracking isn’t updating — what do I do?
It can take 24–48 hours for tracking to activate after you receive the email. If it still shows no movement after 7 business days, email us at shopcbeauty@yahoo.com or call (855) 454-0097 with your order number and we’ll look into it right away.
I haven’t received my order — what do I do?
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. Then contact us within 5 days of the delivery date and we’ll assist you.
