Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use that number to track your package below.
How to Track
- Check your email for a shipping confirmation from C Beauty (check your spam/junk folder too).
- Find your tracking number in that email.
- Visit 17Track.net or USPS Tracking and enter your tracking number.
Shipping Timeframes
- Processing time: 2–5 business days
- US Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days after processing
- International: 10–21 business days after processing
My tracking isn't updating — what do I do?
It can take 24–48 hours for tracking to activate after you receive the email. If it still shows no movement after 5 business days, email us at kslater1987@yahoo.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
I haven't received my order — what do I do?
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. Then contact us within 5 days of the delivery date and we'll assist you.
