Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take?

Most US orders arrive within 3–7 business days from the time you order. Some made-to-order bundles can take up to 2 weeks. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International delivery times vary by destination, typically 2–4 weeks. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at shopcbeauty@yahoo.com or (855) 454-0097. After that, your order may already be processing and cannot be modified or cancelled.

Products & Hair Quality

What does "raw hair" mean?

Raw hair is unprocessed human hair collected from a single donor. It has never been chemically treated, steamed, or altered in any way. Raw hair lasts longer, can be colored or bleached more safely, and maintains its natural pattern even after washing.

What does "Vietnamese hair" mean?

Vietnamese hair refers to human hair sourced from Vietnam. It is known for being naturally thick from root to tip, having a strong cuticle layer, and being resistant to tangling and shedding compared to other hair origins.

How long will the hair last?

With proper care, our raw Vietnamese hair can last 2–4 years or more. Remy and processed hair typically lasts 1–2 years with consistent care. Longevity depends on how often the hair is washed, heat styled, and maintained.

Can I color or bleach the hair?

Yes. Raw and virgin hair can be colored or bleached. We recommend having a professional colorist do this to avoid damage. Colored hair extensions are more fragile and require extra moisture care. We do not accept returns on hair that has been colored or chemically altered.

What length should I order?

Hair is measured from root to tip while straight. A 16" bundle will appear shorter on wavy or curly textures due to curl pattern shrinkage. If in doubt, order one size longer than you think you need. Contact us if you need help choosing.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on uninstalled, unworn, unaltered hair in its original packaging. Hair that has been installed, washed, cut, colored, or removed from its original bundle ties is not eligible for return. Please review our full Refund Policy for details.

My hair arrived damaged or wrong — what do I do?

Email us at shopcbeauty@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will make it right.

Care & Maintenance

How do I wash my extensions?

Use a sulfate-free shampoo and a moisturizing conditioner. Wash in a downward motion — never scrub in circles. Let the hair air dry or use a diffuser on low heat. Visit our Hair Care Guide for a full routine.

Can I use heat on the hair?

Yes, but always use a heat protectant spray first. Keep your flat iron or curling wand below 380°F (190°C) to prevent long-term damage.
