Processing time: 2–5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Tracking number emailed when shipped.
Domestic (US): 5–8 business days after processing. Expedited options shown at checkout when available.
International: 10–21 business days after processing. Import duties/taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Tracking: Allow 24–48 hours to activate. Track at 17track.net or your carrier's site. No movement after 5 business days? Contact us.
Lost/stolen packages: Check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office first. Contact us within 5 days of the delivery date to file a carrier claim.
Wrong address: We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. Reshipment costs may apply if a package is returned to us.
