Returns

We want you to love your hair. Because hair extensions are an intimate, hygienic product, we accept returns only on items that are unused and in their original condition.

You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, the hair must be: uninstalled, unworn, and unaltered; in its original packaging with bundle ties intact; free of any product, water, or styling.

Non-returnable items: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair that has been installed, worn, washed, brushed, cut, colored, bleached, chemically altered, or heat-styled. Custom-colored orders, clearance items, and gift cards are final sale.

Wrong or damaged items: Email shopcbeauty@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll replace or refund — no return shipping cost to you.

Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping. Use a tracked, insured service.

Refund processing: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges: Email us within 7 days for an eligible, unused item exchange.
